Wannadance Uptown is a fragrance-free event. Please be considerate.
Callers are Carol Ormand
& Kathy Anderson. Musicians are Rodney Miller, with Lise Brown & Bruce Rosen for the
New England sound of the weekend. The Queen City Bulldogs, featuring
Armin Barnett, David Cahn, Dan Lockshon & Molly Tenenbaum,
bring the driving sound needed for fast-moving squares and contras,
both.
Check out this year’s pricing options: Economic
Stimulus Package: Do the whole weekend for 90
bucks (register by September 1). Early Bird and Late Bird
rates apply after that. Once again, take advantage of the Pay-Your-Age pricing for those ages 12 thru 25! (So, if you’re 12,
you pay 12 bucks for the whole weekend; if you’re 14 you
pay 14 bucks, etc.) As always, ages under 12 are free, and all
participants under age 18 need to be accompanied by a supervising
adult. Admission to the Friday evening dance is $12 and the Saturday
evening dance is $15 (it’ll be HALLOWEEN!). Individual day packages
(Saturday $80 and Sunday $50), and daytime music and dance sessions ($25) are
available for purchase at the festival. But, get yourself a real deal, and purchase a weekend
package! You’ll be glad you did. We’ll see you at Wannadance Uptown! |
